We perform strict QC measures following ISO 9001 standards. The QC system includes QC, IQC, IPQC, QE and QA. The experienced QC team is equipped with advanced machinery. Besides, the R&D department will provide technical support throughout the entire production process.

Procedures/testing Details
Our 20 QC staff undertakes the following QC.
Camera QC procedures:
IC testing: CCD electron capacity testing and lens imaging testing
PCB testing: all products in 48-hour aging test under constant temperature water-proof testing night vision effect testing
Finished products testing: all products under constant temperature testing of 0/+50deg. C random check before delivery.
DVR QC procedures: IC testing => PCB testing => finished products testing: all products in 48-hour aging test under constant temperature => random check before delivery
